The company is an affiliate of ONGTENCO GROUP OF COMPANIES, the group also includes other companies such as MOS Autosolutions, Inc., Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, Bank of Makati, Veradex Development Corporation, Fundline Finance Corporation, Northpoint Development Bank, and Concerted Management Corporation (CMC).
